Welcome to Rooming.com. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and booking services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Rooming.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility
By using Rooming.com, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this binding agreement. You agree to use the Platform only to make legitimate reservations for yourself or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act.
2. The Role of Rooming.com
Rooming.com acts solely as an intermediary between you (the guest) and the accommodation providers (hotels, resorts, apartments, etc.). We do not own, manage, or control any of the properties listed on our Platform. When you make a booking, your contract is directly with the accommodation provider, not with Rooming.com.
3. Account Registration
* You may be required to create an account to access certain features or manage your bookings.
* You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
* You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and booking.
4. Booking and Pricing
* *Accuracy of Information:* While we strive to ensure that all property details, rates, and availability are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. Rooming.com reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on our Platform and/or on pending reservations made under an incorrect price. In such cases, you will have the opportunity to keep your pending reservation at the correct price or cancel it without penalty.
Total Price:* The total price displayed at checkout includes the room rate and standard estimated taxes and booking fees.
Additional Charges:* The accommodation provider may charge additional mandatory fees upon check-in or check-out, such as resort fees, city taxes, parking fees, or incidental deposits. These are not collected by Rooming.com unless explicitly stated.
5. Payments
To secure your reservation, Rooming.com requires valid payment information. Depending on the room rate selected:
* *Pay Now:* You authorize us (or our third-party payment processors) to charge the full amount to your payment method at the time of booking.
* *Pay Later / Pay at Property:* Your payment method may be used to guarantee the reservation, and you will pay the property directly upon check-in or check-out. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize your card prior to arrival.
6. Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds
* *Property Policies Govern:* Every reservation is subject to the specific cancellation and modification policy of the accommodation provider, which is presented to you prior to completing your booking.
* *Non-Refundable Rates:* Some promotional or discounted rates are strictly non-refundable and cannot be modified or canceled after booking.
* *Processing:* If your cancellation qualifies for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
7. Guest Responsibilities and Hotel Policies
* You agree to abide by the specific rules and conditions set by the accommodation provider, including check-in/check-out times, pet policies, smoking rules, and maximum occupancy limits.
* You are responsible for any damages caused to the property during your stay and may be charged directly by the accommodation provider for such damages.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the underlying code, is the property of Rooming.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rooming.com shall not be liable for:
* Any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your access to, display of, or use of the Platform.
* Any injury, death, loss, claim, or damage caused by the negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of contract by the accommodation providers.
* Inaccuracies relating to the information and descriptions of the properties (including photographs, list of amenities, and general descriptions) provided by the accommodation partners.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rooming.com is officially registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that region.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of Rooming.com following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
